Oysters at Lungo Carnival

Lungo Carnival is a sweet place for oysters and seafood located in Odori, about a five minute walk from Odori station. Big juicy oysters, raw, grilled or steamed. Lots of really delicous broiled fish and good alcohol from all over Japan.

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They recommended some awesome sake for us.

The best thing about Lungo Carnival is really the oysters though. They are the main reason for coming here. Cheap too, starting at 100 yen for a raw oyster. I can't stomach too many of those so after one or two I prefer to move onto the steamed ones at 150 yen a pop. I can eat these all night washing them down with some awesome sake......yum, yum.
